Founded in 1959, Caves du Paradis is located in Valais of Switzerland. It is now managed by the 3th generation, Olivier Roten, who is also one of my alumni.

Heida Paien 2020
Made from 100% Savagnin Blanc. The wine has aromas of peach, pear and lemon. It has round mouth feeling with flavours of peach, pear and exotic fruits, followed by mineral sensation at the finish. I like the ripe fruit flavours and its balance. It is a high quality easy drinking wine.

Symphonie Pinot Noir 2020
Less than 12 months in oak barrels. This wine smells like Burgundy red, with aromas of red berry, touch of earth and mineral-like saltiness. On the palate, there are black berry, black cherry and slightly sweet spice, earthy and mineral flavours. The wine has good structure and layers. It is easy to drink.

於木桶熟成少於12個月。這酒的聞香跟 Burgundy酒頗似～帶有紅莓、一絲泥土和咸礦物氣息。入口帶黑莓、黑櫻桃、一絲甜香辛、泥土和礦物感。這是一瓶結構不錯而有層次，容易明白的酒。

Cornalin 2016
This wine is made from 100% Cornalin, which is one of the oldest grape varieties in Valais. This wine has aromas of dried red plum, red berry and touch of dried leaves. It has medium body, medium tannin and medium plus acidity. On the palate, there are red berry, plum. earthy, mineral and touch of mushroom flavours. The wine is mature but do not have much complexity. It is ready to drink and pleasant.

以Valais區內其中一個最古老的葡萄品種Cornalin釀製而成。散發出乾布冧、紅莓和一點乾葉氣息。酒體中等，單寧感適中而酸度偏高。入口帶有紅莓、布冧、一絲泥土、礦物和蘑菇的味道。這酒已成熟，不過沒帶過多複雜性，現已適飲。

Avalanche 2019 & 2020
Both vintages show the aromas of fresh lemon and green apple. They are direct to the point, fresh and easy drink.

Aromas of lemon, citrus peel and yellow flower. On the palate, there are lemon oil, yellow flower, citrus and touch of mineral flavours. The wine has nothing wrong and simple.

On nose, there are perfumed-like red floral, red berry, strawberry and black cherry. The wine has medium body, medium tannin and medium plus acidity. There are flavours of mixed berry and mineral. It is easy drinking and simple.

Humagne 2020
Aromas of strawberry, red cherry and slightly sweet spice. The wine has medium level of tannin and medium level of acidity. It is juicy, simple and easy drinking with touch of mineral sensation at the finish.
