散發出柑橘、淡淡熱帶水果、菠蘿水和香辛的香氣。口感圓潤，酸度充足，並帶一些礦物味道，日常飲用不錯。

Aromas of citrus, touch of tropical fruit, pineapple water and spice. It has a round mouth feeling, sufficient acidity and touch of mineral on the palate. The wine is for daily drinking.

Wine 2 - La Garnacha Olvidada de Aragon Calatayud DO 2017 (Market Reference $150)

D.O.: Calatayud | Grape Varietal: Garnacha

香氣散發出明顯果香，當中有紅莓、香辛、紫羅蘭和藍莓。入口充滿紅莓味道。然而單寧感有點突兀。整體而言是一瓶簡單、容易入口的酒。

The smell is fruity with aromas of red berry, spice, violet and blue berry. Full of red berry on the palate. The tannin is a bit strong and not well-integrated. It is a simple and easy drinking wine.

Wine 3 - Alto Moncayo Veraton Campo de Borja DO 2016 (Market Reference $250)

香氣濃郁複雜，充滿朱古力、雲呢拿、香辛、黑布冧、藍莓和紫羅蘭。入口帶有黑莓、紅莓、朱古力和布冧的味道。果味集中濃郁，當中隱約帶有草木氣息。單寧成熟且強，還需要點時間令它與果味融和在一起。

Full of chocolate, vanilla, spice, black plum, blueberry and violet. The smell is complex and rich. On the palate, there are black berry, red berry, chocolate and plum flavours. The fruit is concentrated and rich, with hints of herb. The tannin is strong and ripe, it need time to further integrated with the fruit flavours.

Wine 4 - Viñas del Vero Secastilla Somontano DO 2013 (Market Reference $303)

D.O.: Somontano | Grape Varietal: Garnacha

香氣複雜，帶有香辛、藍莓、黑櫻桃、淡淡朱古力、黑布冧、煙葉和輕微煙熏氣息。入口果味突出，帶有成熟紅莓和布冧的味道。整體平衡，酸度活潑，單寧成熟，但略嫌有略粗獷。

It has complex aromas of spice, blue berry, dark cherry, a touch of chocolate, black plum, tobacco and some smoke. Pronounced fruit flavours of ripe red berry and plum. Overall is balance, the acidity is fresh and the tannin is ripe but a bit rustic.

Wine 5 - Bodegas Chivite Coleccion 125 Tinto Reserva Navarra DO 2014 (Market Reference $328)

D.O.: Navarra | Grape Varietal: 100% Tempranillo

帶一絲煙熏、肉類氣息、草整和黑莓果香。入口有黑莓、布冧、香辛、淡淡咸礦物和黑加侖子的味道。單寧成熟，酸度適中，整體平衡、完整。

Aromas of some smoke, meat, herbal and blackberry. There are blackberry, plum, spice, touch of salty mineral and black currant flavours. The tannin is ripe, with moderate acidity. Overall is balance and complete.
