就如小女子先前所說，個人認為香港的葡萄酒飲家不但不停探索著名酒區的小型精釀，而且隨著葡萄酒知識的增加，亦開始探索不同冷門國家和偏門產區的葡萄酒風格。
As mentioned, I think that Hong Kong wine lovers not only keep searching boutique wines from famous wine regions, but also discovering wines from less popular wine producing country and regions, due to the enrichment of wine knowledge.

這次就想分享於法國Savoie區中遇到的一個酒莊 - Domaine Jean-François Quénard。他們的酒風果感清爽、簡單直接而平衡，個別酒款帶有層次，是日常飲用酒款中一個不錯的選擇。品評過後，小女子認為他們的紅酒有點果香太盛，個別酒款表現年輕，需要多兩、三年陳釀，還是比較偏好他們的白酒。
Today, I would like to share a winery I visited in Savoie of France, Domaine Jean-François. In my opinion, their wine style is fresh, fruity, straightforward and balanced, and some of the wines have complexity. For some of the red wines, they are too young to drink now and need 2 to 3 more years for ageing.
順帶一提，該酒莊現擁有17公頃葡萄園，他們的白、紅酒分別於2020及2021年正式獲取有機認證。
Just to mention, this winery owns 17 ha of vineyard now. Their white and red wine are certified organic in 2020 and 2021 respectively.
Wine Tasting Report | 試酒報告
1. Savoie Chignin Anne de la Biguerne 2020 - FS 84 | Aromas of lemon, citrus and pear. On the palate, there are orange, pear and white flower flavours. It is fresh. 帶檸檬、柑橘和梨香。入口有橙、梨和白花味道。整體清爽。
2. Chez les Béroux 2020 - FS 86 | Aromas of lemon and white flower. On the palate, there are lemon, pear, peach, white flower and mineral. The wine is fresh and easy drinking with some details. 散發著檸檬和白花香。入口帶檸檬、梨、桃、白花和礦物味道。清爽、容易明白而帶點層次。
3. Au Pied des Tous 2020 - FS 84 | Aromas of lemon, lime and yellow floral. On the palate, there are lemon, citrus and lime flavours. The wine is simple and fresh. 帶檸檬、青檸和黃花香。入口有檸檬、柑橘和青檸味道，表現簡單、清爽。
4. Le Bergeron 2018 - FS 88 | Aromas of buttery, vanilla and yellow peach. The wine has round and creamy texture. There are flavours of cream, pear, vanilla and yellow peach. 散發著奶油、雲呢拿和黃布冧的香氣。口感圓潤，帶奶油、梨和黃布冧味道。
5. Roussette de Savoie Anne-Sophie 2018 - FS 85+ | There is sweet sensation on nose with aromas of honey, ripe peach and pear. However, it is dry on the palate with flavours of pear, peach and apple. The wine is fresh and pleasant. 聞香帶甜，散發著蜜糖、熟桃和梨香。入口乾身，帶梨、桃和蘋果味道，表現清爽，令人愉悅。
6. Terres Rouges Mondeuse (2020?) - FS 83 | Aromas of red berry, dark cherry and strawberry. The wine has medium-bodied, medium-plus acidity and medium tannin. There are flavours of red cherry and touch of earthy sensation. I also found bitterness from the tannin on the palate. 帶紅莓、黑櫻桃和士多啤梨香。這酒酒體中等、酸度偏高和帶中等單寧感。入口有紅櫻桃和一絲泥土氣息，並有一點單寧澀的感覺在口中。
7. Mondeuse Elisa 2019 - FS 84+ | Aromas of black berry, dark cherry and touch of sweet spice. The wine has medium body, medium-plus acidity with rich red berry, black cherry and touch of spice flavours. It is fruit-driven. 散發著黑莓、黑櫻桃和一絲甜香辛氣息。這酒酒體中等、酸度偏高、以果味為主，帶濃郁的紅莓、黑櫻桃和一絲香辛味道。
8. Persan Les 2 Jean 2020 - FS 85 | Aromas of black cherry and raspberry. The wine has medium-plus body, medium tannin and medium-plus level of acidity. There are high fruit intensity of red berry and black cherry. It is fruit-driven with rich fruit flavours and simple. 這酒帶黑櫻桃和覆盆子香氣。酒體偏厚，帶中等單寧感和偏高酸度，果味濃郁，帶紅莓和黑櫻桃味道，表現簡單、直接。
