Quintessa 2019


The 2019 is made from 91% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Cabernet Franc, 2% Merlot, 2% Carmenere and 1% Petit Verdot. The wine has been aged in new French oak for 22 months.

Aromas of black berries, black cherries, smoke and tobacco. It was elegant.

The wine showed medium-plus body, medium-plus tannin and medium-plus acidity. The tannin was ripe and there were flavours of black berries, spice, mineral, tobacco leaves and touch of coffee at the finish. The wine was complex and pleasant, should enjoy it over a half-day long.

酒體偏厚,單寧感和酸度均偏高。單寧成熟,帶有黑莓、香料、礦物和煙葉味道,餘韻滲透出輕微咖啡感。這酒富複雜性,可用大半天去享受。
