Loire Valley 後，小女子便開始了 Burgundy & Jura Module。
由 10 月 11日至 10 月 23 日期間，小女子不但參觀了 21 家酒莊，還去了 Université de Bourgogne 上課，參觀學校的葡萄園以及品嘗學生釀造的酒；會見了物流公司 Hillebrand 了解葡萄酒物流過程；到 Laboratoire VECT’OEUR 了解有關葡萄酒的實驗和化驗設施；拜訪了 BIVB 了解 Burgundy 葡萄業的概況以及跟 Burgundy School of Business 的 Master 學生進行了交流。
Burgundy Module 算不上小女子最盡興的 Module，但作為 Burgundy Lover，到過 Burgundy 也算是了件心事。當然，Burgundy 還有很多 Village、酒莊尚未拜訪，但小女子相信未來日子定必有更多機會再回來這裏 ❤️

Second module was about Burgundy & Jura, from 11 Oct to 23 Oct.
During this module, we not only visited 21 wine producers, but also attended lessons in Université de Bourgogne, visited university’s vineyard and tasted the wine made by the students ! In addition, we met Hillebrand to understand wine logistic process & learnt about wine experiment and wine analysis from Laboratoire VECT’OEUR. BIVB also presented the overall situation of Burgundy wine industry to us and there was an exchange activity with Master students from Burgundy School of Business.
Burgundy & Jura module is not the most unforgettable module for me, but as a Burgundy wine lover, visiting Burgundy is just like completing a mission. Of course, there are still many villages and wine producers that I have not visited yet, but I am sure I will come back again in the future !
