最後一個小女子想介紹的 Loire Valley 酒莊，就是位於 Sancerre 的 Domaine Vincent Delaporte。
他們自 17 世紀開始便紮根在此，直至 2010 年小女子的師兄 Matthieu Delaporte 接手，他決定不再使用除草劑，將酒莊進一步走向有機種植。此外，他更加降低產量以提高葡萄質素和減少用桶以突出當地的風土特性。到了 2015 年，他們更全面改為人手採收，在採收時作進一步篩選，以確保葡萄質量。
目前為止，他們自家種植的葡萄園已擴大到 33 公頃，當中以種植 Sauvignon Blanc 為主，其餘則為 Pinot Noir。
在整個參觀過程中，師兄算不上天生的表演者，講解時不會特別的生動有趣。然而，在舉手投足間卻不難感受到他對釀酒的熱誠，以及想把葡萄酒一步一步做得更好的決心。在參觀釀酒設施時，還發現到他有不少實驗正在進行中呢！小女子就是喜歡這純純的專注。人生，能夠專注做好一件事經已足矣。

1. Domaine Delaporte Sancerre Chavignal 2020
帶有檸檬、桃、蘋果和一絲花香。入口感覺酸度活潑且舒服，尾段更帶有一絲咸礦物氣息，非常平衡、易飲、舒服的一瓶酒。FS 87
The wine has lemon, peach, apple and touch of floral aromas. The acidity is lively and there is touch of salty mineral sensation at the finish. It is well-balanced, expressive and enjoyable. FS 87
2. Domaine Delaporte Sancerre Silex 2020
這酒帶有黃白花、檸檬和礦物氣息。口感圓滑、酸度活潑，整體平衡、富複雜性。 FS 88
The wine has yellow-white flower, lemon and mineral flavours. It brings round texture and fresh acidity. It is balance with complexity. FS 88
3. Domaine Delaporte Sancerre Les Monts Damnés 2019
散發出黃白花、堅果、成熟檸檬、一絲蜜蠟和桃香和味道。口感圓潤、果味乾淨、結構結實而富複雜性，收結悠長而帶一絲柑橘皮和礦物感。 FS 89
There are yellow-white flower, nutty, ripe lemon, touch of beeswax and peach aromas and flavours. It has round texture, clean fruit flavours, firm structure and complexity. At the long after taste, you can also find slightly citrus peel and mineral sensation. FS 89
4. Domaine Delaporte Sancerre Chavignal Rouge 2020
帶有新鮮、成熟的紅果香氣，如紅莓和覆盆子。中等酒體，口感圓潤，入口富有成熟的士多啤梨和一絲香辛如肉桂的味道。這是一瓶簡單、直接和通透的酒。FS 88+
The wine has fresh and ripe red fruits aromas like red berry and raspberry. It has medium-bodied and round texture, with ripe strawberry and touch of sweet spice like cinnamon flavours. It is a simple, direct and transparent wine. FS 88+
5. Domaine Delaporte Sancerre Silex Rouge 2020
這酒帶有更濃郁的黑櫻桃和紅莓果香。酒體較前一瓶厚身，而且帶有更多的礦物感和複雜性。 FS 89
This wine has richer dark cherry and red berry aromas. It has more body when comparing with the previous one. There is more mineral sensation and complexity on the palate. FS 89
6. Domaine Delaporte Sancerre Le Cul de Beaujeu 2019
帶更集中的黑櫻桃、黑果、礦物和一絲烤烘味道，表現稍為強硬一點。單寧成熟，帶黑莓和藍莓味道，這酒多陳幾年將表現更好。FS 88
The wine has concentrated black cherry, dark berry and mineral flavours, followed by touch of toasty. It is more masculine. The tannin is ripe with fruit flavours like black berry and blueberry. This wine needs few more years to be further developed. FS 88
