第二個小女子一定要介紹的酒莊，就是 Domaine Belargus。
位於 Anjour 的 Domaine Belargus 絕對是 Loire Valley 的 Hidden Gem。他們以 Biodynamic 的方式專注種植 Chenin Blanc，並受到 Burgundy的啟發，透過釀造單一葡萄園酒款，體現 Anjour 的不同 Terroirs。
莊主 Ivan Massonnat 是一個非常熱愛葡萄酒的人，Domaine Belargus 正是他對葡萄酒的熱誠的實體體現。當被問到採用以 Biodynamic 方式種植的葡萄去釀酒是否跟普通的葡萄酒有味道上的明顯分別，Ivan 認為 Biodynamic Wine 帶有更多的活力，而且對 White Wine 的發揮特別好。
撇除對生態及環境的考慮，小女子再向 Ivan 提問到 Biodynamic 的經濟價值，他表示 Biodynamic 無疑是一項長期投資，需要數十年的時間與心機去體現經濟價值，而 Domaine Belargus 亦只是在這旅途的開端。看來，他亦有心理準備走這條漫漫長路。
最後當然少不了 Wine Tasting。對小女子而言，再好的 philosophy，也需要 quality 去支持，否則也是徒然。當然，Domaine Belargus 的葡萄酒質素不但沒有令小女子失望，而且更令小女子感到驚喜，在場的同學無一不同意。
於整個 Winery Visit 中，小女子完全可以感受到 Ivan 的謙遜、友善，以及對葡萄酒的熱誠和理想，實在令小女子拜服。同時，也鼓勵了小女子繼續走葡萄酒這條路。
Domaine Belargus Anjou Noir
這酒充滿檸檬、白桃的果香。入口果味純淨、酸度活潑而且富礦物感，非常清爽。FS 87
The wine has aromas of lemon and white peach. The fruit flavours is pure, with lively acidity and mineral sensation on the palate. It is really fresh. FS 87
Domaine Belargus Gaudrets
這酒帶有更明顯的成熟檸檬和白花香。入口果感集中，而且帶有白花和礦物味道。整體清爽，富複雜性。FS 88+
This wine has richer and riper lemon as well as white flower aromas. Flavours are more concentrated on the palate with white flavours and mineral sensation. This wine is fresh with some complexity. FS 88+
Domaine Belargus Ronceray
這酒除了柑橘和白桃等成熟果香，最令小女子難忘的，就是那粉似的礦物感。可惜當天這酒的表現有點強差人意，小女子還是比較喜歡稍為盛放的前一瓶。FS 88
Apart from the citrus and peach such ripe fruit aromas, what make me surprised is the chalky-like minerality. However, the performance of the wine was not that expressive, I prefer the previous one more. FS 88
Domaine Belargus Rouère
這酒帶有菠蘿、柑橘、黃白花和雲呢拿的香氣。口感圓潤，果味集中、有力，並帶香辛，富有陳年能力。FS 91
This wine has aromas of pineapple, citrus, yellow-white flower and vanilla. It gives creamy mouth feeling and the fruit flavours are concentrated and powerful, followed by slightly spice touch. The wine has ageing potential. FS 91
Domaine Belargus Treilles
經過三年的橡木桶陳釀後，這酒散發出黃花和成熟的黃蜜桃香。口感圓潤而柔滑，熱帶水果風味非常集中。FS 92
After 3-year of barrel ageing, this wine has developed an expressive aromas of yellow flower and ripen yellow peach. It gives round and creamy texture with high concentration of tropical fruit flavours. FS 92
Domaine Belargus Layon
這酒帶有菠蘿、黃蜜桃和杏脯香。酸度鮮明，果感成熟，以甜酒而言，略嫌複雜性不足。FS 89
This wine has aromas of pineapple, yellow peach and apricot. The acidity is sharp and the fruit flavours are ripe. As a sweet wine, it could be more complex. FS 89
Domaine Belargus Rouères (sweet)
這酒採用來自 Quarts-de-Chaume 的葡萄釀造，只在特殊的年份才生產甜白酒。這酒帶有黃蜜桃、金蘋果、杏脯、聖誕蛋糕似的甜糕點香和乾果味道。酒體豐厚，帶圓潤口感，活潑的酸度使整體更加平衡。
This wine is made from the grapes from Quarts-de-Chaume. Sweet wine is only produced from this plot in exceptional vintage. The wine has yellow peach, golden apple, apricot, sweet cake like panettone and dried plum aromas and flavours. It has full-bodied and gives round texture. The acidity is lively which make the wine balance. FS 91
Domaine Belargus Quarts
同樣只在特殊年份才生產的甜白酒。這酒帶有更多的新鮮水果風味，並滲透著蜜糖和乾果香。收結悠長帶礦物感。這酒比前一瓶稍為甜一點。FS 90+
Again, this sweet wine is only produced in exceptional vintage. It has more fresh fruit flavours mixed with honey and dried fruit. The after-taste is long with minerality. It tastes sweeter than the previous wine on the palate. FS 90+
