Cuvée Brut

It is made from 50% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Meunier.

There is pear, yeasty and lemon peel aromas. On the palate, the bubbles are fine with yeasty, pear and peach flavours. This champagne is enjoyable.

FS 85+


Cuvée Stanislas 2008

It is made from 100% Chardonnay.

Aromas of pear, peach, touch of toast and yeasty. The bubbles are fine and there is slightly lemon peel flavours at the finish. This champagne is elegant and has complexity.

FS 88+


Cuvée Alain Thiénot 2008

It is made from 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir.

Aromas of pear, lemon, peach and apple. The acidity is more like apple acid. On the palate, there is mineral sensation. It has ageing potential. This champagne is a bit young to drink now.

In my opinion, the champagne from this champagne house has round mouth feeling, yeasty flavours, complexity and ageing potential. The entry level one is a good daily drinking choice.
