It is made from 100% Chardonnay.
Fine bubbles. This champagne has aromas of pear, peach and yeasty. It is fruity with touch of nuts and mocha.

Rosé Brut Premier Cru
It is made from 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir.
Aromas of red berry, raspberry and touch of yeast. On the palate, there are strawberry, citrus and mineral flavours.
FS 86+
Vintage Brut Premier Cru 2012
It is made from 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir.
It has aromas of pear and peach. It is fruity and yeasty. The champagne has some complexity.
FS 87+
In my opinion, the champagne from this house is balance, fruity with yeast flavours. It is enjoyable.
