The wine showed complex aromas including ripe peach, apple, orange peel, nuts, slightly honey, toast and liquorice.
Delicate bubbles, there were flavours of peaches, citrus, white flowers, touch of apple pie, candied fruits and stony mineral. Long finish.
It had strong structure. Balanced, elegant and powerful, it was just like an elephant.
