來到法國短短兩個月，跟同學外出聚會吃飯好幾次，已喝了好幾瓶 Domaine de Trevallon～看來這莊在法國不但相對容易找，而且還是 Wine Lover 的 Top Pick。

這瓶 1999 落杯時已留意到顏色偏深帶輕微啡色~散發出熟爛黑莓、一絲輕微梅子、香辛、泥土和甘草香。入口明顯感受到成熟單寧，以及梅子似的酸度，果味仍然濃郁，整體感覺成熟、適飲，盲品時小女子也沒猜到那麼舊年份。

Deep garnet colour. It has aromas of ripen black berry, slightly plum, sweet spice, earth and licorice. Full-bodied, ripen tannin and plum-like acidity. The fruit flavours are rich and the wine is matured to drink.
