Cristal Rosé 是小女子最喜歡的 Rosé Champagne 之一，這次 Drinking Partner 就開了 2006 年。

於成熟紅莓果、柑橘皮和花香中，滲透出一絲杏仁氣息，香氣帶甜，集中而細膩，非常迷人。

泡沫細緻非常，入口的一剎那，綿密的氣泡於口中漸漸爆破，感覺清爽。當中的紅果，如覆盆子，與粉質似的礦物感完美融合，味道集中，餘韻悠長，令人念念不忘，不禁一口接一口，直至最後一口。

於小女子而言，Cristal Rosé 2006 就如一段浪漫的愛情，感性而平和，柔情又深刻。

Cristal Rosé is one of my favourite rosé champagne.

The wine showed aromas of ripe red berries, citrus peel and bouquet, with slightly almond. Sweet, concentrated and elegant, the aromas were fascinating.

The bubbles were delicate. The mouth-feeling was refreshing. The red berries flavours like raspberries were well-integrated with the chalky mineral. The flavours were concentrated. Long finish. Sip by sip, until the last drop.

To me, Cristal Rosé 2006 was just like a romantic love story. It was peaceful, gentle at heart and unforgettable.
