Domaine Santamaria 位於Corsica的北邊,距離Bastia大約40分鐘車程。


Domaine Santamaria is located in northern Corsica, about 40 minutes drive from Bastia.

酒莊現擁30公頃葡萄園,60% 帶有Schist土壞並由第六代Thomas Santamaria 打理。Thomas堅持繼續以有機方式種植葡萄園,並正嘗試生物動力法,跟隨曆法進行耕作。


The winery owns 30 ha of vineyards and 60% of them with Schist soil. It is now managed by 6th generation, Thomas Santamaria. He continues organic farming and trying biodynamic way, following the lunar cycle for the vineyard work.


品評過後,小女子認為他們家的質素不錯,個別酒款表現突出。

After tasting, I think that the wine quality is good, especially some of the wines are impressive.

Cyclone 2020 | FS 86


這是一款由Muscat和Vermentinu混釀而成的Orange Wine,非常有趣。 散發著熱帶水果、黃花和蜂膠的香氣,表現熱情。入口富成熟菠蘿、蜂蜜和氧化氣息。


Orange wine made from Muscat and Vermentinu. Aromas of tropical fruits, yellow floral and wax. It smells hot. There are ripe pineapple, honey and oxidised sensation on the palate. It is interesting.

散發著杏仁、桃、黃花和奶油氣息。入口富黃蜜桃、黃花和礦物味道,平衡,富複雜性。


Aromas of almond, peach, yellow flower and touch of cream. On the palate, yellow peach, yellow flower and touch of mineral flavours. It is balance and has complexity.

100% Niellucciu。這酒帶乾梅、紅花和一絲泥土氣息。入口同樣帶乾布冧和泥土,並夾雜礦物和甘草味道。結構不錯,富複雜性,現已適飲。


100% Niellucciu. Aromas of dried Chinese plum, red flower and earth. Dried plum, mineral, liquorice and touch of earth flavours on the palate. The wine has structure, some complexity and ready to drink.

帶有泥土和一絲乾梅香。入口帶乾梅、黑莓和乾黑櫻桃味道,平衡,果味集中,表現有活力。


Aromas of earth and slightly dried Chinese plum. On the palate, there are dried plum, black berry and dried black cherry. The wine is balance with concentrated fruit flavours. It is energetic.

散發出黑布冧、黑莓和甘草香氣。帶有布冧、黑莓和礦物味道。單寧乾身,整體簡單、直接。


Aromas of black plum, black berry and liquorice. There are plum, black berry and mineral flavours on the palate. The tannin is dry. The wine is simple and direct to point.

以Grenache和Niellucciu混釀而成。這酒帶有黑櫻桃、黑莓和黑布冧果香。酒體偏厚,酸度活潑,果味濃郁,以黑果風味為主。


Made from Grenache and Niellucciu. The wine has aromas of black cherry, black berry and black plum. The body is medium-plus with lively acidity and high intensity of black berry and black plum. It is fruity.

Muscat du Cap Corse 2020 | FS 87


100% Muscat Petit Grain。散發著橙花、杏脯和乾黃布冧的香氣。入口甜美,酸度活潑,平衡,充滿杏脯、蜜糖和黃花的味道,不錯。


100% Muscat Petit Grain. Aromas of orange blossom, apricot, honey and dried yellow plum. The wine is sweet with lively acidity. It is well-balanced with the high intensity of apricot, yellow flower and honey. It is nice.
