參觀了另一個校友 William Jacquie-Ponsot 的酒莊 Domaine Ponsot，還去了葡萄園和在酒莊吃午飯，交流了許多，很開心～

酒莊背景就不多介紹了，直接分享喝過的葡萄酒吧！

酒評 Tasting Note :

1. Domaine Ponsot Morey-Saint-Denis Monopole Clos des Monts Luisants Vieilles Vignes 2019 - FS 91

這酒以檸檬、柑橘、梨和礦物香氣為主。口感圓滑，果味新鮮且帶礦物感，表現複雜。

The wine has aromas of lemon, citrus, pear and mineral. The mouth feeling is round with fresh fruit flavours and mineral sensation. It is complex.

2. Domaine Ponsot Morey-Saint-Denis Monopole Clos des Monts Luisants Vieilles Vignes 2018 - FS 91+

這酒帶有白花、黃桃、梨和礦物氣息。入口有滿滿的檸檬、柑橘和礦物味。整體具穿透性，並帶複雜性。

The wine has aromas of white floral, yellow peach, pear and mineral. On the palate, there are lemon, citrus and mineral flavours. The fruit flavours are pure and the wine has complexity.

3. Domaine Ponsot Morey-Saint-Denis Cuvée des Grives 2009 - FS 91+

這酒帶紅莓乾、乾布冧、礦物和輕微的香辛氣息。酒體偏厚，入口富布冧、乾紅莓和礦物味道，整體平衡。

There are aromas of dried red berry, dried plum, mineral and touch of spice. The wine has medium-plus body with flavours of plum, dried red berry and mineral. Overall is balance.

4. Domaine Ponsot Morey-Saint-Denis Premier Cru Cuvée des Alouettes 2019 - FS 92

這酒帶紅莓、紅櫻桃、布冧和一絲草系氣息。整體優雅，帶有黑莓、黑櫻桃和礦物味道。整體平衡，表現尤如一位女強人 - 柔滑而有結實的結構。

There are aromas of red berry, red cherry, plum and touch of herbs. On the palate, it is elegant with flavours of black berry, black cherry and mineral. The wine is balance and looks like a powerful woman - smooth and has strong structure.

5. Domaine Ponsot Grand Cru Clos de la Roche Vieilles Vignes 2002 - FS 92

盛放著紅莓、覆盆子、玫瑰和輕微肉桂氣息。口感柔滑、單寧細緻、果感成熟，非常適飲。

The wine has expressive aromas of red berry, raspberry, rose and touch of cinnamon. The mouth-feeling is round with delicate tannin and ripe fruits. It is ready to drink.

6. Domaine Ponsot Grand Cru Clos de la Roche Vieilles Vignes 2019 - FS 93+

散發著紫紅花、黑莓、黑櫻桃和礦物氣息。單寧成熟，整體平衡而強大，有很高的陳年潛力。

Aromas of purple-red floral, black berry, black cherry and mineral. The tannin is ripe and overall is balance and powerful. It has large ageing potential.

7. Domaine Ponsot Grand Cru Chapelle Chambertin 2019 - FS 94

這酒帶有成熟的黑櫻桃、黑莓、紫黑色花香、礦物和一絲草系氣息。入口的礦物帶粉似質感，配以成熟果感和單寧，表現比想像中平易近人許多。

The wine has rich black cherry, black berry, purple-black coloured flower, mineral and touch of herbs aromas. On the palate, the minerality has chalky texture, with rich fruit flavours and ripe tannin. It is more approachable than expected.
