在 Burgundy & Jura 的 Module 中，最意想不到的就是可以參觀 Domaine Leflaive，品嘗到 2019 年的 Grand Cru 酒款！
小女子對 Domaine Leflaive 沒有很多酒莊問題，因為知道上網也會找到不少資料～唯一感興趣的，就是他們作為 Burgundy 的代表酒莊之一，又採用 Biodynamic 方式種植，如何面對全球暖化的問題？釀酒師及Director Pierre Vincent 回答，他們會選擇比較遲熟的 Chardonnay Clone、提早採收以保留酸度等等⋯⋯雖然小女子認為這不是一個長遠的解決方法，卻是現在可以做的事情。

1. Domaine Leflaive Mâcon-Verzé 2019
非常高質的一瓶日常飲用酒款 - 很清新的檸檬、柑橘和白花香。入口柔順，酸度適中而帶礦物口感，容易飲用又帶一點層次。FS 88+
It is a high-quality daily drink wine with fresh lemon, citrus and white flower aromas. It has smooth mouth feeling and mineral flavours. It is easy to drink with some layers. FS 88+
2. Domaine Leflaive Mâcon-Verzé Les Chênes 2019
想比前一瓶，這款 Les Chênes 帶有更多的花香和礦物感，而檸檬味道亦相對成熟～只是小女子比較偏好前一瓶的清爽感。FS 88
When comparing with the previous bottle, Les Chênes has more flower and minerality, the lemon flavours is richer as well. However, I prefer the freshness of previous bottle. FS 88
3. Domaine Leflaive Pouilly-Fuissé La Chaneau 2019
除了一貫的檸檬和白花香，這酒款還帶有一絲堅果和奶油香。口感相對圓潤，而且富有明顯的礦物味道。 FS 88+
Apart from the lemon and white flower, the wine has hints of nuts and buttery aromas. The mouth-feeling is rounder comparatively and is with more mineral flavours on the palate. FS 88+
4. Domaine Leflaive Pouilly-Fuissé En Vigneraie 2019
這酒散發出雲呢拿、白花、檸檬和橡木香，明顯帶有更多複雜性和層次，而且優雅。FS 89
The wine has vanilla, white flower, lemon and oaky aromas. It is more complex with more layers, yet elegant. FS 89
5. Domaine Leflaive Meursault Premier Cru Sous le Dos d'Ane 2019
這酒的香氣複雜，帶有成熟檸檬、柑橘、雲呢拿、堅果和白花香。口感圓潤、酸度活潑，與成熟的果感和橡木味道相互平衡。雖然表現年輕，卻不難感受到她的潛力。FS 91
This wine has complex aromas of ripe lemon, citrus, vanilla, nut and white flower. It has round mouth feeling and lively acidity which is well-balanced with the ripe fruit and oak flavours. The wine is young and has large potential. FS 91
6. Domaine Leflaive Pouilly-Montrachet Premier Cru Clavoillon 2019
散發出成熟白桃、雲呢拿和白花香氣。入口充滿礦物、檸檬和柑橘味道，酸度相對明顯。FS 92
The wine has aromas of ripe white peach, vanilla and white flower. There are plenty of mineral, lemon and citrus flavours with lively acidity on the palate. FS 92
7. Domaine Leflaive Pouilly-Montrachet Premier Cru Les Folatieres 2019
散發出白桃、輕微熱帶水果和白花香。入口的礦物感突出而帶有檸檬和蘋果的味道，整體感覺強勁而優雅。FS 92+
Aromas of white peach, touch of tropical fruit and white flower. There is plenty of minerality on the palate with lemon and apple flavours. The wine has strong structure but elegant. FS 92+
8. Domaine Leflaive Pouilly-Montrachet Premier Cru Les Combettes 2019
香氣和味道算不上非常盛放的一瓶，果味成熟而礦物感帶有一絲咸咸的感覺，整體細膩、富複雜性，收結悠長。FS 92+
This bottle is not the most expressive one. It has ripe fruit flavours and the mineral has touch of salty sensation. The wine is delicate with complexity and long after-taste. FS 92+
9. Domaine Leflaive Pouilly-Montrachet Premier Cru Les Pucelles 2019
Les Pucelles 的果感較為熱情盛放，帶有黃白花、熱情果和柑橘的果香。口感豐滿而果感集中，感覺有點華麗。FS 93
The fruit of Les Pucelles is more expressive with yellow-white flower, passion fruit and citrus aromas. The mouth feeling is rich and the fruit flavours are concentrate. It is flamboyant. FS 93
10. Domaine Leflaive Pouilly-Montrachet Grand Cru Bienvenues-Batard-Montrachet 2019
這酒優雅、細緻 - 散發出淡淡白花、白桃、一絲煙熏和堅果的氣息。酒體豐厚、口感圓潤，濃郁的果香成熟而集中，富有穿透性而結構強，有很大的陳年潛力。FS 94
This wine is very elegant and delicate with white flower, white peach, subtle smoky and nutty aromas. It is full-bodied with round mouth feeling and concentrate ripe fruit flavours. The wine is transparent and its structure is strong. It has large ageing potential. FS 94
11. Domaine Leflaive Pouilly-Montrachet Grand Cru Batard-Montrachet 2019
比起 Bienvenues-Batard-Montrachet，Batard-Montrachet 的果感更為集中。香氣雖然較為收儉，卻感覺更為純淨。入口果感成熟並傾向熱帶水果，礦物感結實，使骨架表現更為強大。FS 95
Comparing with Bienvenues-Batard-Montrachet, the fruit flavours of Batard-Montrachet is more concentrate. Although the aromas is closer, it is more pure and clean. The fruit flavours are ripe, tend to be more tropical fruit, and the minerality is strong and tide which makes the wine’s structure more powerful. FS 95
12. Domaine Leflaive Pouilly-Montrachet Grand Cru Chevalier Montrachet 2019
相對先前的幾瓶 Grand Cru，Chevalier Montrachet 明顯帶有更多的花香和礦物感～口感油滑，整體更具穿透性，非常優雅而強大。FS 96
Comparing with the previous Grand Cru bottles, Chevalier Montrachet has more floral aromas and minerality on the palate. The mouth feeling is oily-smooth and overall is more transparent. The wine is elegant, and powerful. FS 96
