Burgundy & Jura | Domaine des Lambrays

參觀2014年被 LVMH 收購了的 Domaine des Lambrays 只用了短短一個多小時，General Manager 及釀酒師 Jacques Devauges 主要跟我們講解了葡萄園開始轉為以 organic 及 biodynamic 方式種植的過程。此外，在參觀他們酒窖時令小女子好奇的，就是他們酒桶上的塞都用了玻璃塞，Jacques 解釋這純粹為了美觀，哈哈！其實從他們酒窖的燈光中就知道，他們頗為注重外在觀感～

酒評：

1. Domaine des Lambrays Premier Cru Les Folatières 2020

香氣複雜，帶有白花、檸檬、柑橘、蘋果和淡淡奶油香。入口有桃、檸檬和礦物味道。整體平衡、優雅、富複雜性。FS 90

The wine has complex aromas of white floral, lemon, citrus, apple and touch of buttery. On the palate, there are peach, lemon and mineral flavours. Overall is balance, elegance, with complexity. FS 90

2. Domaine des Lambrays Premier Cru Clos du Cailleret 2020

白花、熟梨和蘋果香氣 - 表現優雅。入口富有桃、熟梨和礦物味道，只是尾段滲透出輕鬆帶苦的木桶感，有點不太愉悅。這酒尚年輕，還需要時間。FS 90

The wine has elegant aromas of white flower, ripe peach and apple. On the palate, there are peach, ripe pear and mineral sensation but also has a bit bitter oak flavour at the finish. The wine is too young and need more time to develop. FS 90

3. Domaine des Lambrays Morey-Saint-Denis 2020

帶有櫻桃、紅莓和紫紅花香。酒體偏厚、單寧表現偏年輕而較突出，帶有新鮮的紅莓和士多啤梨味道。FS 88

The wine has aromas of red cherry, red berry and purple-red flower. On the palate, the body is medium-plus with medium-plus green tannin and fresh red berry flavour and strawberry. FS 88

4. Domaine des Lambrays Morey-Saint-Denis Premier Cru Les Loups 2020

散發着迷人的紫紅花、紅莓、黑櫻桃、黑加倫子和輕微火藥的氣息。入口帶有鹹鹹的礦物感、黑莓和輕微香料味道。單寧感不太強，整體表現盛放、優雅。FS 91

The wine has sexy purple-red floral, red berry, black cheery, black current and touch of gun powder aromas. On the palate, there are salty mineral sensation, black berry and slightly spice. The tannin is not strong and overall is expressive and elegant. FS 91

5. Domaine des Lambrays Clos de Lambrays Grand Cru 2020

這酒帶有如香水般的紅花、成熟紅莓和淡淡的甜香料氣息。入口單寧適中，酸度活潑，帶有黑櫻桃、紅莓和礦物味道。FS 89+

Perfumed-like red floral, ripe red berry and touch of sweet spice on the nose. On the palate, this wine has medium-plus level of tannin, lively acidity and flavours of black cherry, red berry and mineral. FS 89+

6. Domaine des Lambrays Clos de Lambrays Grand Cru 2018

散發出成熟黑櫻桃、黑莓和紅花香。入口的黑加侖子、黑莓和礦物感表現優雅且帶间熟單寧。然而，這酒還需要陳多幾年使整體融合得更好。FS 91

Aromas of ripe black cherry, black berry and red floral. The wine is elegant with flavours of black currant, black berry and mineral flavours. The tannin is ripe. The wine has potential and need more time to be more integrated. FS 91
