Dom Perignon 2009


Sunday breakfast =================================== 帶有成熟的白桃、檸檬香,比想像中熟,並不是預先所期待的青蘋果、檸皮、柚子⋯⋯這些比較清新的味道。

入口酒體偏厚,除了酵母、小石頭般的礦物感,還帶有些傾向杏脯般的甜感覺。泡沫還算細緻,口感亦略帶Creamy,果感偏熟⋯⋯然而,整體表現還是過於年輕,有點流於表面,只能說不過不失。
