除了買入葡萄釀製「白頭」（Negociant wine），自1731年開始，Bouchard 便開始於Cote d’Or收購不同的葡萄田，釀製自己的Domaine wine，當中包括12個Grand Cru以及74個Premier Cru，當中最出名的Premier Cru，無不是有「小聖嬰」之稱的 Beaune Greves Vigne de l’Enfant Jesus了。 ∞ 而今次要分享的，也是其中一塊有名的Premier Cru出品－Clos des Chenes (位於Taillepieds旁邊)。
開瓶的時候帶有明顯的煙熏、肉類氣息，混合著頗重的礦物以及紅莓、熟覆盆子的果香。
入口香辛的味道很搶風頭，加上濃濃的紅果味道，偏厚酒體、偏高單寧及酸度，頗有力的一枝酒。
隨著時間過去，果感漸漸變得更加濃郁，而且有Juicy的感覺，肉類、煙熏的氣息在旁作襯托，令整體感覺立體、富有層次。餘韻屬中長。
以這價錢來說，值得推介。

It had a strong sense of smoky and meaty on the nose, mixed with high intensity of mineral, red currants and raspberry.
Oak spice could be easily detected on the palate with rich red fruits characters. Medium-plus body, medium-plus level of tannin and acidity – A powerful wine with well structure.
After an hour, fruitiness became more intense, quite juicy. And, meaty and smoky were in the side – These made the wine be more dynamic with layers. Medium-plus after-taste.
To this price, it is worth trying.
