位於 Cote de Beaune Volnay 的 Domaine Clos de la Chapelle 自2011年被Mark O’Connell收購後,便改為採用Biodynamic種植。 他們至今分別在12個AOC擁地共約四公頃,全都是Premier Cru 或Grand Cru。當中包括:Close de la Chapelle 1er Cru、Les Chanlins Tres V.V. 1er Cru、Taillepieds 1er Cru、Corton Charlemagne Grand Cru、Corton Le Rognet Grand Cru等等⋯⋯年產量只有僅僅共1,500箱。
這次分享的,是Corton Le Rognet Grand Cru。
開瓶的時候帶有輕微肉香,以及一點來自木桶的氣息,非香辛,而是一點傾向咖啡、雲呢拿的桶香,頗為柔和,聞起來很舒服。
在「藍腳」中搖晃,桶香有一點散開,換來出場的卻是很觧明的紫花香,再夾雜一點熟藍莓、黑莓、黑布冧、黑櫻桃的果香⋯⋯這比我認識的Corton有點不一樣<3 這枝很活潑,「大隻」得來而不粗獷,造得挺圓滑的。
入口酒體偏厚,且帶一點礦物口感,酸度算是柔和。新觧熟紅莓、藍莓、黑櫻桃在口中,有塞滿滿的感覺,頗為乾淨,比想像中好很多。餘韻偏長,略帶紅果、礦物。這個價錢來說真的不錯喝~
數小時後,咖啡的香氣濃了一點,混合一點礦物和藍、黑果香,香辛則在後方若隱若現。入口果味漸漸濃厚起來,不自覺地添了幾杯,不知不覺很快就只剩半瓶⋯⋯還真想不到⋯⋯

On the nose, it had hints of meaty and oak aromas which was not oak spice but something like coffee and vanilla – soft and comfortable.
When the oak aromas were spread out, purple-floral was came with blue berries, black berries, dark plum and dark cherries…It was quite different from the Corton I tried before – This was lively, strong but not rough, elegant and delicate. The mouth feeling was round.
Medium-plus to full body with mineral and soft acidity. Fresh and ripe red berries, blue berries and dark cherries on the palate. The fruit characters were pure and fresh – better than my expectation. Long after-taste with red fruits and mineral characters.
After few hours, the coffee-like aromas became stronger and mixed with blue berries and black fruits. Little sense of oak spice from behind.
