上星期嚐了新到2014年Dujac Fils et Pere (「白頭」，negociant wine) 的三款village wine (村級酒) – Morey Saint Denis、Gevrey Chambertin以及Chambolle Musigny，在此分享一下： 三條村都帶有礦物、紫紅花、比較熟的紅莓、覆盆子、藍莓、黑布冧果味，如要作比較，Gevrey Chambertin可說是三瓶中最不吸引的～但已帶有清新果香、頗熟單寧感，作為daily drink已很不錯～ Morey Saint Denis的層次則比Gevrey Chambertin強一些，果香更為濃郁，而且單寧感亦多一些、口感重一點，有一點勁力。 當晚最喜歡的就是Chambolle Musigny了～香氣不但是三枝中最「嬌」，而且帶有Chambolle Musigny 專屬的甜糖香氣，入口酒體愈喝愈厚，後段果香漸濃漸熟，深度頗強，很是迷人～相信數年後再develop一下會更吸引。 話說回頭，Dujac Fils et Pere可說是酒聚中最常出現的酒款之一，酒友們都喜歡用她作Welcome drink (但也要點時間透氣)～事關她既清新，又帶點層次、餘韻，更不用說質素愈來愈好了～難怪近年漲價不少，價格快要追趕Domaine wine了！再遲一點還會是「daily drink」嗎？ Gevrey Chambertin FS 89 Morey Saint Denis FS 90+ Chambolle Musigny FS 91

Tried 3 bottles of 2014 Dujac Fils et Pere last week - Morey Saint Denis、Gevrey Chambertin and Chambolle Musigny:
All of these 3 bottles had mineral, floral and rich red currants, blue berries and black plum characters. To compare the bottles, Gevrey Chambertin was the least attractive for me..but it was still a very good wine - fresh fruits with ripe tannin, reasonable complexity and medium length.
For the Morey Saint Denis, it had more fruit concentration and texture on the palate than the Gevrey Chambertin. It was more powerful.
The Chambolle Musigny was my favourite bottle among 3. It was elegant and delicate. I really liked its candy-like aromas which was especially from Chambolle Musigny - mixed with hints of violet. The wine had more fruit concentration after 2-3 hours - very nice. There is no doubt that the bottle will become better after few years ageing.
Dujac Fils et Pere is always my friends' choice when they need a bottle for welcome drink (but it still need time to breath) because bottles from Dujac Fils et Pere always bring the freshness with some complexity and reasonably length - That's why the price of Dujac Fils et Pere is growing up fast in recent years and it is going to catch up with the price of its domaine wine!
