當晚的另一枝白－1986 Bouchard Chevalier Montrachet。
果香較為成熟，而且酒質開始下滑，明顯是該喝的時候！甘蔗、熟白桃、熱情果、白黃花、礦物的氣息一開始已清楚可以感受得到。
入口厚身酒體、酸度屬中等偏高、口感圓滑⋯⋯礦物感較重，熟果皮、白桃，以及一點蜜糖在後，整體有一點果甜感覺。餘韻雖長，卻帶頗明顯的酒精感⋯⋯算是有點失望。

A lot of mature fruit characters yet the wine seemed a bit off-peak – drink up now! Notes of sugar cane, ripe white peach, passion fruit, white-yellow flower as well as mineral were obvious at the beginning.
Full-bodied with medium+ acidity. Round texture. Much more minerality on the palate with citrus peel, peach and hints of honey behind. Long after-taste but the alcohol made it slightly warm and I was a bit disappointed.
