除了La Tache，當晚其中一枝最喜歡的酒就是2005 DRC Richebourg了⋯⋯
在產量方面，DRC當然是100%擁有La Tache 6.06公頃的葡萄田，而Richebourg的則有3.51公頃。半句話說，DRC的Richebourg產量大約最多僅是La Tache的六成。
以花香作比較，Richebourg比La Tache多帶一點乾紅花的香氣，而且紅花氣息相對La Tache來說更為鮮明，像香水般強烈，再混合一點礦物、紅果、些少香料香氣，十分誘人。
入口有點「溶」的質感，偏厚酒體，偏高酸度，很清、純的花果味道，有種透徹、乾淨的感覺。紅果、藍莓，甚至有點傾向黑李子的味道相互交雜⋯⋯尤其喜歡她的紅紫花香，比聞的時候來得再強烈一些⋯⋯由遠到近，由含苞待放到盛開⋯⋯整個過程就在口中「短短」30秒中切切實實地感受得到⋯⋯單寧可用「剛強」來形容，把整枝酒的結構感提高不少。
不知為何，這枝酒令我想起第一次收花的情境⋯⋯

2005 Richebourg was one of my favorite wines at ‘Crazy Night’.
Regarding to the production level of DRC, it owns 6.06 hectares of La Tache and 3.51 hectares of Rochebourg. It means the production of Richebourg is only around 60% of La Tache!
When comparing the floral side with La Tache, Richebourg showed higher intensity (just like perfume) of dried-floral, together with mineral, red fruit characters as well as some spice on the nose - really attractive and sexy!
Robust and rich texture with medium+ body and medium+ level of acidity. The fruit and floral components were pure and clean - red fruits, blue berries and hints of black plum. The most impressive was the red-purple floral in the mouth - it was much richer than on the nose! The tannin structure was firm and the acidity was high enough to support the fruit concentration.
