《大酒●聚》│ (三) 2006 DRC La Tache


終於開始寫當晚的紅酒了⋯⋯就先寫當晚我認為最好喝的2006 DRC La Tache吧~

利申一下,我嚐 La Tache的經驗很少,到目前為止只嚐過1995、2008,以及這次的2006年。然而,這次的印象可說是最為深刻的⋯⋯而這枝酒亦是我嚐過的三枝中最為開放的一枝。(可能是這次的人數較少,所以喝得很真切,感受特別深吧)

開始的時候,香料、礦物的氣味比較強烈,夾雜一點紅花、紅果在深處,感覺很多東西暗藏在底要時間慢慢釋放出來。

半小時後,香料、礦物的棱角開始圓滑起來⋯⋯花香漸放,帶有甘草、茉莉花的香氣,甚是醉人。入口桶感明顯,卻跟果味融合在一起,沒有木頭、突兀的感覺。再來的薄荷味更令整枝酒的穿透感增強不少。隨著茉莉花香漸散,暗紅花與偏熟紅果緊接而來,令整體變化、層次感增強許多。悠長餘韻不再話下,其剛中帶柔的骨幹子才是深深吸引人之處。

這般優雅的外表下隱藏著令人難以捉摸的深度、潛力⋯⋯小女子除了拜服⋯⋯就是拜服。

2006 DRC La Tache was my wine of the ‘Crazy Night’.

For DRC La Tache, I only got the chances to try the vintage 1995, 2008 and this 2006. However, this bottle was the most impressive among three.

There were plenty of spice and mineral at the beginning together with red floral and red fruits flavors behind. I could also feel there were lots of components at the depth which needed some time to be released.

After half an hour, spice and mineral aromas became soften and floral were coming out at this moment, especially the licorice and jasmine aromas - extremely intoxicating. The oak elements were well integrated with red fruits characters on the palate. No woody and not abrupt. And, the mint flavor enhanced the purity of the wine – amazing.

While jasmine smell dispersed, there were dark-red floral as well as semi-ripen red fruits elements which showed the high complexity of the wine.

Such a large potential wine with an elegant appearance…I surely fell in love with him.
