背後的顫抖 如何去假裝 我沒有愛過
Buttery aroma came with white floral, mineral and slightly matured yellow fruits.
The round, medium plus level of acidity was not as high as I thought. (I think it should be one of the characters of vintage 1999 white Burgundy wine?) Some peach, nectarine and yellow fruits were on the palate with a long after-taste, followed by hints of minerality. The buttery texture made everything well integrated. This is a good wine with no doubt. Nevertheless, as a Le Montrachet, it was not as depth as I expected and seemed lack of complexity to get much more impression from me. (FS 94)
