2008 Hudelot Noellat Les Beaumont (FS: 94) - 晚上七時半開瓶，八時多接近九時開始落杯，全晚最喜愛的一枝。
紅花、滿滿的紅果，加上一點礦物作點綴。紅果香雖沒有同場的2011 Hudelot Noellat Les Suchots (FS: 92) 來得熟透，亦沒有2013 Arlaud Les Petits Monts (FS: 90) 般來得濃烈，卻因此多了一份秀麗感。
入口酒體偏厚，單寧起初時有點突兀不討好，卻隨時間果香漸濃而兩者混合起來變得完整。沒有2011 Hudelot Noellat Les Suchots的葉子、鐵鏽，也沒 2002 Hudelot Noellat les Beaumont (FS: 93) 的甜糖味道，就帶有一盤子的偏熟草莓、覆盆子、紅莓，夾雜一點礦物、香料，愈來愈濃，令整體層次感更多豐富、吸引。
跟同莊08年的Les Suchots (FS: 92) 比較起來，Les Beaumont少了那股烤肉的氣味，更顯得乾淨、純潔。若跟同莊的06 Les Suchots (FS: 91) 比較，這枝的礦物感略為收儉，果味較突出，而酒精感亦不明顯，更令人討好。
比起02 Hudelot Noellat Les Beaumont，08 Hudelot Noellat Les Beaumont 整體感覺多了一份活潑，較為盛開，而02年那枝後段則有點不繼，是睡了? 還是到頂? 不得而知，事關只喝了兩轉，在Blind tasting下略遜一分，最終由08 Hudelot Noellat Les Beaumont成為小女子的Wine of the night。
2008 Hudelot Les Beaumont (FS: 94) – opened at half past seven and drank after an hour, it was my wine of the night.
Red floral notes, plenty of red fruits with hints of mineral on the nose. Red fruits were less ripe than the 2011 Hudelot Noellat Les Suchots (FS: 92) and not as rich as the 2013 Arlaud Les Petit Monts (FS: 90), it displayed more elegance with its fresh acidity.
Medium plus body; the tannin structure was fairly strong to start off with, but has softened up with a richer red fruit character after a while. In comparison, the 2011 Hudelot Noellat Les Suchots demonstrated certain leafy and metallic characteristics; and the 2002 Hudelot Noellat Les Beaumonts (FS: 93) came through with candied bouquet, with a dominating nose of strawberries, red currants and red berries. The 2008 Hudelot Noellat Les Beaumonts grew on me over time, with an enhanced attractiveness and complexity backed by its minerality and sweet spice, a well-integrated juice.
The 2008 Hudelot Noellat Les Suchots (FS: 92) was definitely meatier when compared with the more pure 2008 Les Beaumonts; and the 2006 Hudelot Noellat Suchots (FS: 91) provided stronger minerality, but came in with less fruit and a stronger heat from its alcohol level, and the 2008 Les Beaumonts was definitely more approachable.
The 2002 Hudelot Noellat Les Beaumonts seemed a little tired and compared with a livelier 2008 Hudelot Noellat Les Beaumonts, and with only 2 rounds of tasting of the 2002, I guess we will never find out whether it is a sleeping beauty or a worn out lady. The 2008 Hudelot Noellat Les Beaumonts, being a point higher than its 2002 counterpart, it was my clear wine of the night~ ❤
