Philippe Pacalet Bourgogne VV, 2013 (From Ponti Wine Cellar) Clear and medium(+) intensity of cherry, strawberry on aromas. Clean, Medium bodied, medium(+) acidity and medium (-) tannin. Medium(+) intensity of red fruit on palate. Short after taste with hints of mineral. Simple wine, nice structure. 剛開香氣以甜紅果為主，開頭似車厘子咳藥水，還有少少橡皮糖，有Gamay的影子。 入口簡單、直接，雖然沒有複雜layer，但$200多元的Bourgogne，condition ok，清晰舒服，還想怎樣？VV氣息不強，只有少許after-taste帶有mineral的感覺，所以別期望在這字眼上。 FS 88
