The preparation of the wine is small batches before bottling assisted in maintaining freshness and aroma. ＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊ 氣味以citrus (lime, lemon) 為主，略帶些許礦物，以及一點stone fruit(peach)，隱略有花香，但不明顯，清新、簡單。 入口中等酒體，高酸度，中間偏低intensity。 味道亦以lime fruit為主，比氣味再青一點。 過多一陣子，不搖杯去嗅有還有一點honey的氣味，但一搖杯就不見了。是我的幻覺嗎？ 餘韻約3-4秒，屬於medium(-) level。 這枝酒走清新路線，容易入口，但是果味並不吸引，是一枝很dry的酒，所以喜歡果味重的朋友未必喜歡。 如果買錯了，不喜歡這類酒款的話，不妨買一包魷魚小食，帶觧味的都可以，一併伴襯。 酒能夠更加提升小食的觧味，是一種享受！那就不用丟掉枝酒啦，一舉兩得。 86/100
